National registry of eInvoice recipients

E Registry web OK

The eRegistry allows for quick overviews of who receives eInvoices, in which standard, in which manner and through which provider.

eRegister

The National registry of eInvoice recipients contains a list of companies and other organizations that can and wish to receive eInvoices via secure electronic channels. Email as an eInbox for receiving eInvoices is not included in the eRegistry because it does not guarantee reliability of delivery, issuer identification or traceability of delivery of eInvoices.

A company wishing to send out eInvoices to its clients can find the recipients (by name or tax number) in the eRegistry in a quick and easy way and get information on how the eInvoice can be sent out to them.

The eRegistry enables accounting software providers to integrate eRegistry functionality into their software solutions, providing automation for invoicing.

Typically, the provider through which the company receives eInvoices and has an electronic eInbox open for secure and reliable exchange of eDocuments with them, provides the entry in the Registry.

The form is blank when entering the registry website and requires the user to enter a search criterion to review a company.

Searching via the search box can be done by part of the title or by tax number. The “TAX NUMBER” and “COMPANY NAME” columns provide information if the selected company already operates with eInvoices. The “NETWORK” column gives information on which network or with which secure path provider the company has an inbox for receiving eInvoices. If a company is logged in to multiple networks (or with multiple secure ePath providers), it may occur multiple times. You can also select the number of listings you want per page.
